This is a dye-type Ultra Marine Blue.
The dye-type has a glossier and more transparent feel than the pigment-type.

The dye-type is not very weather-resistant and will bleed into the top coat of paint, so please use with care.
How to use Ultra Marine Blue:
Ultra Marine Blue is a paint with no hiding power.
For that reason, paint a base of white or silver and then paint over it.
