P-04 高密度自乾型綠補土

用途: 填補鋼模收縮、GK件砂窿等不平整之零件

可附著零件: ABS、PS、GK

注意事項:

• 可用C-04稀釋 ，請勿使用會侵蝕塑膠的溶劑來增加侵蝕力好打磨、乾糙速度快，填補GK小砂窿也不易打磨時連根拔起，附著力強。
• 綠補土的設計會侵蝕塑膠，侵蝕力在15-20%合理範圍內，對塑膠鋼模附著力是剛好的，所以切記勿使用會侵蝕塑膠的溶劑來稀釋加強侵蝕塑膠的侵蝕力。
• 請勿填捕鋼模的偷料零件 (補偷料使用大量綠補土會造成裡面沒乾而收縮)。
• 乾操時間依塗抹的多寡而定，綠補土屬自乾型，接觸到空氣自己硬化，所以塗抹太厚會延緩乾操速度，乾操時間約24小時(視塗抹的薄厚會略有差異時間)。
• 請適量的添加C-04做濃度調整黏稠度。

各廠牌相容部分: 只可以用C-04其他牌不相溶。
