Description

A historic machine that took on a new era: a perfect reproduction of the original NSR500! In 1983, Honda won its first Road Racing World Championship title since 1967 with the 2-stroke V3 NS500, but it was clear that the 3-cylinder engine no longer had enough power.

So, the following year, in 1984, a new machine was introduced, equipped with a single-crank V4 engine.

The V4 engine was mounted in an aluminum frame, which would later evolve into the twin-spar frame, and featured an ambitious upside-down layout with the chamber above the engine and the fuel tank below.

This first-generation Honda NSR500, which embodied Honda's spirit of challenge and would dominate road racing for the next 19 years, is finally joining the 1/12 scale motorcycle series.
