Description
[A Straight-Winged Fighter-Bomber that Served in the Korean War]
This is a plastic model kit of the F-84G Thunderjet, a fighter-bomber that appeared in the early 1950s and saw action as a ground attack aircraft during the Korean War.
The kit faithfully reproduces the distinctive straight-wing design characteristic of early jet aircraft.
The flaps and wingtip fuel tanks are molded as part of the main wing, ensuring both realism and ease of assembly.
The nose inspection panel can be assembled in either the open or closed position, and the internal machine guns and ammunition racks are also realistically detailed.
Bombs and a rocket-assisted takeoff system are included.
Two marking options are provided, including those for the 58th Fighter-Bomber Wing.
