During World War II, as tanks rapidly increased in size and became the mainstay of ground warfare, the need for large transport vehicles to rapidly deliver tanks to the front lines and quickly recover damaged or broken-down tanks also grew.
Among these, the Dragon Wagon, developed by the United States, was the largest tank transport vehicle of its kind during the war.
Production began in April 1943.
Composed of a tractor with an armored cab and a sturdy trailer, it boasted a maximum payload of 40 tons, transporting not only tanks but also river crossing boats for amphibious operations, thus supporting the Allied advance and victory.

● This is a 1/35 scale plastic model kit of the Dragon Wagon, the largest American tank transporter used during World War II.
● Length: 510 mm, Width: 112 mm – a highly realistic model capturing the impressive scale and appearance of the real vehicle.
● The tractor's armored cab is molded in one piece using a slide mold, ensuring a robust and accurate assembly. The bulletproof windows are optional (open or closed).
● The tandem winch is also realistically reproduced with efficient parts design, making assembly enjoyable.
● The trailer, complete with wheel guards and movable skids, has a solid, weighty look.
● The tires are made of realistic hollow rubber.
● A wide variety of metal parts, including etched parts, chains, and pipes, are included, adding further detail and realism to the finished model.
● The tractor's front wheels are steerable, and the coupling mechanism, trailer skids, and tandem axle unit are also fully functional.
● The interior and undercarriage are also reproduced with high accuracy.
● Includes two types of crew figures (4 figures total). Adhesive glue sold separately.
● The tank itself is not included in the kit.
