The Citroën 11CV is a masterpiece French passenger car that was produced for a long period from 1934 to 1957.
In addition to its lightweight monocoque body, it also featured torsion bar springs for excellent off-road performance.
Its front-wheel drive system, which provided comfortable interior space and a low center of gravity, was a forerunner of modern automobiles.
During WWII, its performance and ease of use led to it being used in large numbers by the French Army, as well as the German Army and the Free French Forces after the occupation of France.
It was sent not only to various parts of Europe, but also to the front lines in Russia and North Africa.
