Description
[Enjoy the realistic car body and powerful forward driving]
When the German army first engaged the Soviet T34 tank in 1941, they found the overwhelming performance advantage rendered all German tanks obsolete.
The Panther tank was developed as a response to the T34. Among the various Panther models, the early G model was an improved version of the D and A models, and production began in March 1944.
Featuring a sloping hull, it was equipped with a 700hp Maybach HL-230 engine and a powerful 75mm long-barreled gun.
With its excellent balance of offensive power, defensive capabilities, and mobility, the Panther was feared by the Allied forces as a masterpiece of WWII.
Like other German tanks of the later period, many early Panther G models were coated with Zimmerit to protect against suction mines.
This early Panther G model, which appeared towards the end of the war and served as Germany's main battle tank until the end, is now recreated in 1/35 scale, featuring a compact motor for powerful forward movement.
