It is pre-diluted to a concentration suitable for inking, so after shaking the bottle to mix the paint, you can start working immediately with the brush attached to the cap.
Simply place the brush on the recessed mold and the paint will flow along the mold.
After the paint has dried, simply wipe off any excess paint with a craft cotton swab moistened with enamel thinner X-20.
The base is painted with lacquer or acrylic paint.
