What is "Born Paint"?

A high-quality lacquer-based hobby paint, released by Toamil Co., Ltd. since March 2021.

The product line continues to expand, including high-gloss base colors in the "Hyper Solid Series" and chrome-like finishes in the "Chrome-like Series."

In particular, the "Born Chrome" and "Born Mirror" in the chrome-like series have the unique advantage of allowing clear coats to be applied after complete drying, enabling adjustment of shade and gloss without compromising the chrome effect.

Volks has actively used these paints for its "F.S.S." model kit paint samples.
