In the opening round of the 2005 World Rally Championship, the Monte Carlo Rally, Subaru entered an improved version of the previous year's Impreza WRC.

Petter Solberg had brake trouble in the early stages but managed to run in 4th place.

On the final day, he made a comeback by setting the best time in two SSs and moving up to 3rd place, but his feet got swept up in the snow and he crashed.

Unfortunately, he was forced to withdraw from the opening round, but he won the second round, the Swedish Rally, proving that the Impreza still has top-level performance.

[Model Specifications]

● This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Subaru Impreza WRC that competed in the 2005 World Rally Championship Monte Carlo Rally.

● 1/24 scale, total length 183 mm, total width 75 mm, total height 57 mm.

● Realistic modeling of the powerful form. The large rear wing equipped with a splitter is a one-piece part. The short antenna erected at the rear end of the roof is also reproduced.

● BBS 4-hole wheels are painted gold.

● Realistic solid rubber tires. The logo on the sidewall is set with a tire mark.

● The interior, packed with rally equipment, is also finished with a sufficient sense of three-dimensionality. The co-driver's headrest is a separate part.

● Two types of slide marks are available: No. 5 for Petter Solberg and No. 6 for Stéphane Sarrazin.
