Description
[Removes paint without damaging the resin surface]
This solvent can remove acrylic, enamel, lacquer, and polycarbonate paints.
It is less likely to damage the resin surface and does not impair the transparency of the polycarbonate body.
It is also useful for correcting paint that has spilled over during masking.
It can be used repeatedly about 2 to 3 times, and plating can be removed by soaking plated parts for about an hour.
It is also characterized by being water-soluble and having little odor.
It cannot be used on ABS resin.
[Basic specifications]
250 ml, plastic bottle.
[How to use]
● Apply this agent to a cloth or cotton swab and wipe the painted surface you want to remove. Depending on the paint, it may take time. Apply this agent and leave it for about 1 minute to remove it more quickly.
● If you are soaking the parts, transfer the agent to a small container. After soaking for about 10 minutes, rub it off with a brush.
● Wash the parts with water and dry them thoroughly.
● If you use it on clear polystyrene resin, it may become cloudy.
● Yellowing may occur, but this does not affect performance.
● It may not be possible to remove paints other than Tamiya.
